Yesterday we wrapped up our 5th annual soccer camp in partnership with Coaching 4 Christ and the Youghal soccer club. This year we had more than 150 kids in the camp, which is close to double the number we had last year! We finished the week with a closing programme at the town hall, where we gave out prizes, recapped what the kids learned about God through the week, showed pictures of the action, and said a big thank-you to the soccer club and coaches.
The Coaching 4 Christ coaches come from Northern Ireland, which is actually a different country (part of the United Kingdom), and has a very distinctly different accent. Just to give you a taste of the difference, I recorded a Northerner and a Southerner both asking you to play soccer with them:
