Kipling

For almost two weeks now we have had the same visitor every night. The visitor is a pigeon, who lands on the windowsill of the boys bedroom each night just as they are having their bedtime story. Since we were reading Kipling’s “Just So Stories”, we decided he must like Kipling, and named him accordingly. We know it’s always him, because Kipling has two tags on his legs. Usually he’s still there in the morning as well. We haven’t had him bring us any messages yet, though.
