This week we helped with a youth camp, since students are off for two weeks for “Easter Holidays”. It’s the first time we’ve seen snow at an Easter camp, but despite the cold the time at camp was great. It was the time before and after that were more challenging: Daniel had steep throat the weekend before, and Jess ended up bringing the kids a day late because of it. Then when we got home, we discovered a leak in our heating system (which pumps heated water through radiators) and spent the evening trying to stop it and the next couple of days getting the system back up and running. We are very thankful for the help of a friend from church and a neighbor in that process! We are also thankful for the fireplace!
